CP1 – Chartwork and Pilotage Level 1

This course is intended to help you prepare for the CP1 Transport ¶Ä²©ÍøÖ· exam. It is extremely important to understand chartwork and pilotage and to develop these skills to ensure the safe navigation of your vessel. The CP1 exam is a three-hour exam and consists of 10 multiple choice questions worth 3 marks each, and 5 practical chartwork questions worth 5-15 marks each. We recommend that you spend a minimum of four weeks preparing for this exam.

*You have the option of challenging CP2 instead of CP1.
